Our First Communion & First Reconciliation Program is a 2-year program. (1st & 2nd grade)

2025-26 SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION/COMMUNION REGISTRATION

All students who desire to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation and Communion must complete this registration form by 8/31/2025.

Students from non-Catholic schools are also required to register for Faith Formation.

Catholic School students who wish to participate in the Madonna Sacramental preparation also need to register for Faith Formation.
