Madonna Faith Formation (PreK through 12th)
Our mission in faith formation is to collaborate with parents to form a new generation of Catholics who know and love Jesus Christ and live as his disciples in the community of the Catholic Church. Toward that end, we strive to offer a unified, solid and engaging faith formation program.
Our sacramental programs are both 2-year programs. First Communion preparation classes are offered starting 1st grade, and confirmation preparation classes are offered starting 8th grade.
This year, we are making efforts to create a community for the youth through joint activities and programs for (Pre-Kindergarten 4 to 4th grade), the Middle School Ministry (5th-7th grade), and the Youth Group (8th-12th grade, including those who are preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation).
Madonna Faith Formation Program is made possible through the dedication of volunteer teachers who prepare the students for the Sacraments, and provide religious instruction on how to live as Jesus' disciples.
Please note Madonna Faith Formation is for
registered Madonna Parishioners.
Faith Formation will start on September 14th, 2025 and finish in May 2026.
9:15AM - 10:15AM CCD classes (PreK-4 to 7th grade)
10:30AM - 11:30AM Family Mass
11:30AM - 12:30PM Youth Group classes (Confirmation/Post-Confirmation; 8th to 12th grade)

Registration Fee:
Early Bird (until 8/1): $100 for 1 child, $175 for 2 children, $250 for 3 children & more
After August 31st: $125 there will be a late fee of $25
Please note, there will be an additional 3.7% processing fee for all online card payments and an additional 2.5% processing fee for all online ACH bank payments.
Scholarships are available for families in need.
